DCB solutions and aggregation company RADY Group has undergone a strategic operational alignment between its core businesses – RADY LLC, K&C and Touch Media – operating together under a unified RADY Group framework.
The initiative strengthens collaboration, execution and go-to-market efficiency across the group, the company says, while each entity remains a fully independent legal company. The alignment reinforces RADY Group’s position as a leading digital services and Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) partner, delivering integrated, scalable, and performance-driven solutions across the region and beyond.
A unified operating model
Under the RADY Group framework, three complementary businesses operate as one coordinated ecosystem:
- RADY LLC serves as the group’s central commercial and operational entity, overseeing partnerships, service delivery, and regional
- K&C functions as the aggregation and connectivity engine, connecting 25+ mobileoperators across 21+ countries, enabling secure and scalable Direct Carrier Billingand VAS
- Touch Media operates as the group’s digital growth and performance marketing arm, specialising in lead generation, brand strategy, and performance-based traffic acquisition.
Together, these businesses provide partners with a seamless end-to-end digital monetisation journey, spanning aggregation, billing, marketing and growth.
Growth through alignment, not legal consolidation
This strategic alignment is designed to simplify complexity, enhance operational focus, and accelerate execution, while preserving the legal independence of each entity. By unifying strategy and operations under a single group vision, RADY Group is positioned to scale efficiently across markets, improve speed-to-market and operational clarity and strengthen partner outcomes through an integrated service offering.
Continuity for partners
RADY Group emphasised that this alignment represents an evolution in strength, with no disruption to existing relationships. All current agreements with RADY LLC, K&C, or Touch Media remain fully valid and unchanged. Partners will continue working with the same teams and points of contact, while leadership and governance remain unchanged, now operating with greater coordination and alignment.
